Engaging a consultant on a retainer basis can ensure that one gets the full advantage of the consultant’s knowledge and guidance. We’ll assist with your operations, training and customer service strategy development projects.  Let us help to keep the train on the tracks! Errol Allen Consulting offers three retainer packages:

Package 1

  • Site Visits – $2500.00 per month – Includes 2 on site visits (Houston Metro area) per month and unlimited phone/email consultations. Air fare, living accommodations are additional billable expenses for locations outside of the Houston Metro area.*

Package 2

  • Consulting via email(unlimited) and 4 phone/Skype visits  – $1200.00 per month*

Package 3

  • Consulting via email (unlimited)  – $1000.00 per month.*
